Terms of Service

We (AHundredThings, LLC) sell one thing: a 90-day local SEO sprint that gets Las Vegas home-service businesses into the Google Maps top 3, at $500 per month until they get there. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe our commitments to you, and your rights and responsibilities when using our website and services. Please read them and reach out if you have questions. If you don’t agree to these Terms, don’t use our Services.

The signed agreement you receive at kickoff has the specifics for your sprint (keywords, service radius, start date). If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement wins.

“You” means the business, or the person acting for a business, that uses our website, requests a free ranking scan, or buys a sprint or the Stay Ranked plan. If you use our Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. “We”, “us”, and “AHundredThings” mean AHundredThings, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas. “Services” means ahundredthings.com, the free ranking scan, the sprint, and the Stay Ranked plan.

To run a sprint we need accurate, current information about your business and access to the accounts we work in, chiefly your Google Business Profile. You agree to:

• Give us complete and accurate business details and keep them current.
• Grant and maintain the access we ask for (for example, manager access to your Google Business Profile) for the length of the sprint.
• Respond to our requests for approvals, photos, or information within a reasonable time. The 90-day clock does not pause while we wait, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Keep your own logins secure and tell us right away about any unauthorized use of accounts we share.

You are responsible for your business listing and everything published under your name. For how we handle the information you give us, see our Privacy Policy.

Our Services are for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing for a business, not as a consumer, to buy a sprint or plan.

Fees. The sprint is $500 per month, billed monthly, until your business ranks in the top 3 for the agreed keywords. We estimate 90 days; it can be shorter or longer. Once you rank, the sprint ends and the “Stay Ranked” plan begins at $2,500 per month. A reduced “Hold” plan at $2,000 per month, with fewer deliverables as listed in your agreement, is available where agreed. The free ranking scan is free, with no obligation. Prices are in US dollars.

Monthly billing and renewal. Both the sprint and the Stay Ranked plan are month to month. Billing begins on your start date and renews automatically each month until you cancel, which you can do at any time by emailing us. When cancellation takes effect, and whether any partial month is refunded, is set out in your agreement.

Taxes. Unless we say otherwise, fees do not include sales or other taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

Payment. You must provide accurate payment information. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause work until it is resolved.

Fee changes. We may change our fees going forward. A change never affects a month you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a change applies to your plan.

The guarantee. Top-3 guarantee applies to 3–5 keywords agreed at kickoff, measured by geo-grid scan within your defined service radius, within 90 days of sprint start. Full terms in your agreement.

If, at the 90-day mark, your business does not rank in the top 3 of the Google Maps results for the agreed keywords across the agreed geo-grid as defined in your agreement, the sprint continues at $500 per month and the Stay Ranked fee does not begin until you are in the top 3. In short:

• The Stay Ranked fee never starts before you are in the top 3.
• No long-term contract; cancel any month.
• You own everything we build.
• Measured by geo-grid scan, so the result is objective and repeatable.

How it is measured. We run a geo-grid scan of the agreed keywords across your service radius on the sprint start date and again at day 90. How “top 3” is scored across the grid, and the exact grid, keywords, and radius, are recorded in your agreement.

What the guarantee needs from you. The guarantee assumes you provide the access and information described in section 3 and do not undo our work during the sprint (for example, by changing your profile category, removing citations, or soliciting fake reviews). If the free scan shows your area is not winnable, we will say so and not take the sprint.

Refunds. Where the law allows, payments are final. You can cancel the sprint or the Stay Ranked plan at any time; refunds for a partial month are governed by your agreement.

We love hearing from you and are always looking to improve our Services. When you share comments, ideas, or feedback with us, you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you.

You represent and warrant that your use of our Services:

• Will be in strict accordance with these Terms.
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection, advertising, and Google’s Business Profile policies.
• Will not involve fake reviews, misleading business information, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Will not infringe the intellectual property rights of AHundredThings or any third party.
• Will not interfere with, disrupt, or attack our website or any network.

Your deliverables are yours. Once the sprint months you have used are paid, everything we create for you during the sprint (profile content, citations, photos we edit, review-request templates, on-page copy) belongs to you. We may keep copies for our records and use anonymized results as case studies unless you tell us not to.

Our materials remain ours. The AHundredThings name, logo, website, checklists, methods, and the “100 factors” framework are ours or our licensors’. These Terms do not transfer any of that to you, and using our Services grants you no right to reproduce our trademarks.

Local SEO depends on platforms we do not control: Google Business Profile and Google Maps, citation directories, review sites, and your website host. You understand and agree that:

• Those services are not controlled by AHundredThings and have their own terms, which apply to you.
• Rankings are decided by Google. We work the factors that influence them; we cannot control Google’s algorithm, policy changes, suspensions, or outages.
• If a third-party service suspends or changes your listing for reasons outside our work, we will help you resolve it. How that affects the guarantee window is set out in your agreement.

We may modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our Services or for legal reasons. If we do, we will post the amended Terms here and update the “last updated” date. For material changes we will also email active clients. Changes apply going forward; a sprint you have already paid for stays under the Terms in force when you bought it. By continuing to use our Services after we notify you, you agree to the new Terms.

You can stop using our website at any time and cancel the sprint or the Stay Ranked plan at any time under section 5. We may suspend or end our Services to you if you breach these Terms, use our Services in a way that could cause us legal liability, or make it impossible for us to do the work (for example, by withdrawing access during a sprint).

If we end a sprint for those reasons, the guarantee no longer applies and fees are not refunded. If we end a sprint for any other reason, we refund the current month’s sprint fee in full.

Except for the guarantee in section 6, our Services are provided “as is”. AHundredThings and its suppliers disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by law, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular amount of calls, leads, or revenue, and we do not promise that our website will be error-free or always available.

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms and any use of our Services are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The proper venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms is the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction.

In no event will AHundredThings, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these Terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) any amounts that exceed the greater of $50 or the fees you paid us during the twelve (12) months before the cause of action. AHundredThings has no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond its reasonable control. The foregoing does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AHundredThings, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, claims, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or content and business information you provide to us.

These Terms, together with your signed sprint agreement, constitute the entire agreement between AHundredThings and you concerning our Services. If any part of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part is severable and does not affect the rest. A waiver of any term in one instance does not waive it in any other.

AHundredThings may assign its rights under these Terms without condition. You may only assign your rights with our prior written consent. Questions about these Terms go to hello@ahundredthings.com.
